Transocean Lab’s journey is mapped across a four-year evolution from building a secure foundation to achieving full decentralization and institutional integration. Each phase propels the ecosystem closer to becoming the world’s most intelligent, borderless liquidity network powered by AI, AMM, and cross-chain interoperability.
Phase 1
Foundation Setup (June 2025 – December 2025)
1. Deployment of core architecture (nodes, APIs, smart contract layer). 2. Activation of real-time data oracles, monitoring tools, and institutional security systems. 3. Integration of liquidity analytics, treasury modules, and testnet environments. 4. Internal calibration with institutional partners and private beta groups.
Phase 2
Market Maker (MM) Launch (Dec 2025 – Q1 2026)
1. Official launch of TransOcean Market Maker (MM) in December 2025. 2. Deployment of automated liquidity tools and smart spread engines. 3. Formation of native ecosystem liquidity pools. 4. Rollout of MM analytics and performance tracking dashboards.
Phase 3
DEX Launch (Q2 – Q4 2026)
TransOcean Lab DEX mainnet launch with AMM + smart order routing. MM integration for deep order-book liquidity and volatility control. Multi-asset pools, cross-chain swaps, and oracle-based pricing.
Phase 4
Stablecoin Launch (Q1 – Q2 2027)
1. Launch of stablecoin backed by diversified reserves and RWAs. 2. Deep integration across DEX pools and MM operations. 3. Real-time audits and transparent reserve reporting. 4. Launch of stable-yield vaults for institutional and DeFi users.
Phase 5
ODL Integration (Q3 – Q4 2027)
1. Global ODL corridors activated across major financial jurisdictions. 2. Unified liquidity routing between DEX, MM, and enterprise payment rails. 3. Strategic partnerships with fintech providers and remittance companies. 4. Launch of API-based enterprise settlement and liquidity services.
Phase 6
CEX Launch (Q1 – Q3 2028)
1. TransOcean Lab Exchange (CEX) launch with fiat on/off ramps. 2. Hybrid liquidity model combining DEX, MM, and CEX depth. 3. Institutional-grade security with KYC/AML and compliance layers. 4. Advanced trading tools, APIs, and cross-product arbitrage infrastructure.

DAO & Governance (End of 2028)
